1. What we text about
- Your request — confirming we received your form, a quick question, or a link to your Scout report or quote.
- Your appointment — confirmations, the technician on the way, reschedules, and follow-ups after the visit.
- Your account — Comfort Club reminders, maintenance due, warranty registration.
- Offers — seasonal specials and reminders, only if you asked for them. These are separate from service texts and you can stop them on their own.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the “text me updates” box on a form on this site, by texting us at (210) 495-7771 first, by asking for texts on the phone or in person, or by replying YES to a text that asks. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us — you can always call instead.
3. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will send one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, then no more. You can also call (210) 495-7771 or email info@cowboysac.com. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us the same way.
4. Frequency, rates and carriers
- Message frequency varies with your request — typically a handful of messages around a service visit.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
5. Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to text you as described here. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers that deliver our messages do so under contract and only for that purpose. Everything else about how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
