Why is my AC running but not cooling?+

It could be airflow, a dirty filter, low refrigerant, the outdoor unit, frozen coils, a thermostat issue, or a failing component. San Antonio heat puts heavy demand on cooling systems, so it is best to schedule service before the problem gets worse.

How cold should my AC blow?+

A healthy system cools about 15–20° below the outdoor temperature. In peak heat it may run longer, but it should still produce cold air and pull humidity. If it feels weak or warm, have it checked.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?+

Yes — holidays, weekends, the middle of the night. If the weather doesn’t wait, neither do we. Call (210) 495-7771 any time.

Are you a Trane dealer?+

Yes — an authorized Trane dealer and Comfort Specialist. We service every major brand, so you are never locked in.

What is the 3-minute rule for AC?+

Your system should pause briefly before restarting after it shuts off. This protects the compressor. Frequent on/off cycling can signal short cycling or another issue worth inspecting.

What areas do you serve?+

San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country — Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Wilson and Medina counties.

What happens when you call

Four steps, no surprises.

The same sequence on every call, whether it is a capacitor at midnight or a full system in July.

  1. A Cowboy's technician greeted at a San Antonio front door
    01 / We show up

A licensed Cowboy — named, on time, in a marked truck. Shoe covers on before the first step inside.

  2. Technician metering an outdoor condenser unit
    02 / We diagnose

Full readings on the equipment you actually have — pressures, temperatures, airflow, electrical. No guessing, no parts cannon.

  3. Technician showing repair options to homeowners at their kitchen table
    03 / We show you

Options at your table, in writing, before a wrench turns. Repair it or replace it — you hear the honest case for both.

  4. Technician shaking hands with homeowners beside a Cowboy's truck
    04 / We finish clean

The work done, the site cleaner than we found it, and the numbers re-checked with you standing there.
