Taking care of people goes beyond heating and cooling. Cowboys Cares is how we show up for the San Antonio community: shining a light on local businesses doing good work, giving back where it matters, and building stronger connections across the city we have served since 2007.
What Cowboys Cares means
Community first, in practical ways. Sometimes that is helping homeowners stay comfortable through extreme weather. Sometimes it is supporting organizations doing important work for veterans and local families. And sometimes it is putting the spotlight on an outstanding local business that deserves more attention from its neighbors.
Local businesses are the backbone of San Antonio. When strong local companies grow, our neighborhoods grow with them — so Cowboys Cares is also where we recognize the businesses we respect and want to help promote.
Where you have seen us
- On air. Thermometer Thursday on KSAT 12, UTSA Athletics, and the TV spots — see the On Air page.
- Around town. Under the tent at community events, courtside at UTSA, and feeding folks off the Cowboys BBQ trailer.
- In your neighborhood. Since 2007, Cowboys trucks on San Antonio driveways, from Alamo Heights and Stone Oak to Helotes and Boerne.
Want to be featured?
If you run — or know — a San Antonio business making a positive impact, Cowboys Cares wants to hear about it. Tell us who they are and what they do with the form here; we are always looking for businesses to feature, local initiatives to support, and people doing great work to spotlight.
Cowboys Cares is a community program of Cowboy's Air Conditioning & Heating, 6510 Blanco Rd, San Antonio. Features are at our discretion and are never sold.
