Dusty air? Let’s clear the trail.

Most San Antonio homes leak 20–30% of their conditioned air before it ever reaches a room. We inspect, pressure-test, seal and clean your ductwork so you pay for air you actually feel.

Attic ductwork
When it helps

Cleaning, sealing, or neither.

Duct cleaning is worth real money in some houses and worth nothing in others. We will tell you which one you are — with photos from inside your own ducts, not a stock brochure.

Visible dust at the registers Musty smell when it kicks on Rooms that never balance Recent renovation dust Rodent or insect evidence Allergy symptoms indoors Uninsulated attic runs Sagging or crushed flex
The bigger number

A typical house loses 20–30% into the attic.

Cleaning makes the air nicer. Sealing makes the bill smaller. Every unsealed collar, crushed elbow and sagging run in that attic is cooling you paid for and never felt.

Seal and balanceMastic at the collars and plenum, runs supported and straightened, airflow balanced room to room, static pressure verified.
FiltrationA media cabinet moves you from a one-inch filter you forget to a filter that actually catches cedar pollen — without starving the blower.
Disinfection & UVFor coil and plenum biology, UV plus a coil cleaning. It is a targeted fix, not something every home needs.
Frequently asked

Air quality questions, answered straight.

More of them, with numbers, on the questions page →

How often do ducts need cleaning?

Most homes, rarely — and only when there is a reason: renovation dust, pests, water, or visible buildup. Anyone who tells you every year is selling, not diagnosing.

Will cleaning my ducts lower my bill?

No. Sealing them will. Cleaning is about what you breathe; leakage is what you pay for.

What filter should I use?

A pleated filter changed every 30 to 90 days, or a media cabinet if you want longer intervals. Higher MERV is not automatically better — a filter too restrictive for your blower starves airflow and ices the coil.

Does UV actually do anything?

On a coil and in a plenum, yes — that is where moisture and biology live. It is not an air purifier for the whole house, and we will not sell it as one.

Can you fix one room that is always hot?

Usually. It is normally a duct problem — length, sizing, a crushed run or a missing return — and it is fixable without touching the equipment.
